About
StoreHouse
We believe that everyone should have a table to eat at, a bed to sleep in, plates, cups, curtains - all those little things that most of us take for granted.
What is StoreHouse?
StoreHouse is our furniture and household goods re-use project. The premise is simple: people donate furniture and household items (crockery, cutlery, bedlinen etc) and we sell these in our shop – allowing us to pay our bills and be sustainable – AND donate them, completely free of charge, to local people in crisis need.
What do we take?
Clean, good quality furniture and household items, such as crockery, cutlery, bed linen, curtains, and cooking equipment. Soft furnishings must have fire labels where appropriate. We can also arrange for local collection and delivery where needed.
How do we distribute?
As with our food parcels, we distribute furniture and household items via our network of referral partners – of which there are now over 200 across the North Cornwall area. This allows us to ensure that long term support is being provided to a person whilst we assist with short term help. If you work with someone that needs furniture or household items, please do get in touch now!
Our StoreHouse Shop is open from Tuesday to Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 10am-1pm. If you are a professional working with someone in crisis and require assistance, please do get in touch and we will endeavour to help.
